There are two main areas in Iceland that offer a variety of activities. One is the East Fjords, which is a popular hiking destination. There are many waterfalls and glaciers in this area. The other area is the Vatnajokull National Park, which is the largest in Europe. The park includes Europe’s largest glacier, as well as the lush vegetation of Skaftafell.
A popular hiking destination in southern Iceland is Glacier Bay. This area is located at the foot of the Vatnajokull glacier. The area is home to a variety of glaciers, as well as marine life. The waterfalls in this area include Dettifoss, which is one of the biggest in Europe.
Another popular waterfall is Oxararfoss. It is a great waterfall for photographers. You can walk behind the waterfall, and take in the view. It is not as large as the Gullfoss waterfall, but it is still one of the most popular waterfalls in Iceland.
